[Request] Speech to text - more languages / detect language #1655

🥰 Feature Description

Currently, the language selection for whisper speech to text is fairly limited.

Specifically, I want the Hebrew language but it's not available, even though it is supported by whisper.

🧐 Proposed Solution

  1. Add more languages (Hebrew)
  2. Add an option to select multiple languages (the api supports it, I think)
  3. Add "auto detect" language - if you don't send the language name in the api, it detects it automatically. It would be nice to have it reflected in lobe.
