由于使用lobe目前的方式需要部署docker或者是本地运行，docker或者是在浏览器保存为应用时，在使用上感觉性能有些损失，所以希望有本地客户端可以下载的版本

• 希望可以和next chat一样提供windows下或者mac下的安装包
• 由于我是后端，前端实在太菜了，如果可能，希望能告诉我怎么做我自己尝试也行

已知Vercel与Electron Builder可支持打任意平台的包，next chat目前即采用当前的方案
