[Request] Add ability to set custom icons for agent avatar #2434

As mentioned in https://github.com/lobehub/lobe-chat/issues/1100#issue-2089755728 (inactive)

I think this would be a great addition, the emojis are very limiting and make it more difficult to discern agents, as each LLMs unique logo is instantly recognizable by most people. I think it would make the entire application look and feel much nicer.

🧐 Proposed Solution

Add ability to upload custom file for avatar icon AND/OR choose an icon from the existing lobe-icons repository as this already contains most agents official icons that people would want to set anyway
