🐛 Bug Description

Hello! Env is set:

FEATURE_FLAGS: +webrtc_sync,-openai_proxy_url,-welcome_suggest

Configuration is filled myserver.com:4444 - real server with https://github.com/delfer/y-webrtc-signaling But I always see Data Sync Disabled
