[Bug] Some pop-up menus are broken on mobile #3445

🐛 Bug Description

When you try to set assistants icon (emoji), the pop-up menu will just close on any tap without registering your action.

📷 Recurrence Steps

  1. Open the website on mobile.
  2. Open assistant settings.
  3. Click on assistant emoji to open the pop-up menu.
  4. Try clicking on any emojis in the pop-up menu.

🚦 Expected Behavior

The menu shouldn't close unless you tap outside of it. This would prevent it from not letting the user pick the emoji.
