The opening dialog feature should consist of an opening text and opening questions. The opening text should be a short and clear statement that explains what the bot can do and how to interact with it. The opening questions should be up to three examples of queries that the bot can handle and that are relevant to the bot’s domain. The opening dialog feature should also have an auto-generate option that can create the opening text and questions based on the prompt in the “Window Prompt” section.
