[Bug] Prompt Editor does not hide while the settings was disabled it

I disabled the Promp Editor but it still appears on the UI. I set it to hide, restart UI (even close the console and re-startup A1111), but the Prompt Editor is still there.

Prompt Editor tab should not be there when it was disabled in settings
