🐛 问题描述 | Bug Description

lobe-theme在加载时有向api.github.com三个GET请求， https://api.github.com/repos/lobehub/sd-webui-lobe-theme/releases/latest https://api.github.com/repos/zanllp/sd-webui-infinite-image-browsing/commits?per_page=1 https://api.github.com/repos/zanllp/sd-webui-infinite-image-browsing/releases/latest 这个三个请求如何没返回值得话，lobe-theme会一直卡在初始化的状态，导致后续UI布局均不生效，原UI界面将在下一个页面生成。

🚦 期望结果 | Expected Behavior

求大佬看一下，我看着三个请求请求都是版本号的信息。没必要每次启动要求检查版本更新信息，跟Windows一样。加个开关吧。或者改成启动后再检查。Github好多接口都被墙了，不改的话，估计国内大部分都用不了。
