Add international ISILs to the enrichment workflow #118

Records coming from the ZDB authority file are enriched with e. g. wikipedia links, qrcodes and links to geonames. For now, all other records are missing this treatment.

Since all records not comig from ZDB Siil file are no more transformed, and thus residing in an old state ,also other properties are no more coherent with what the API wants. See e.g. #260 -

As we do not have international ISILs in lobid-organisations for years, this is obsolete. Closing.
