Add holding information to subordinated resources #493

As explained in https://github.com/hbz/nwbib/issues/23#issuecomment-46859361 we have problems with filtering by holding libraries due to missing information on this level of bibliographic description (holdings are catalogued on journal level).

We discussed some possible solution for this and agreed that the best approach would be to get rid of FRBR and the item class and instead use a more general "Holding" level which can be linked to simultaneously from different levels of bibliographic description (artivle, volume, journal).

@acka47 will found out how to best do this in RDF and @dr0i will then implement it.

I couldn't find any vocab, that supports our imagined approach. As we want to stick some established practices, we will go with creating items on each level of bibliographic descriptions which are linked to

The URIs should be generated like this: `URI of the superordinated item that was derived from the catalog+HT number of the newly created item. Example:

<http://lobid.org/item/HT017685312> frbr:item <http://lobid.org/item/HT017683925%3ADE-6%3A3K+50692%3AHT017685312>

We probably should find out how people deal with holdings for series. It seems to be normal that several holdings are associated with a series as well as with parts of the series, see e.g. http://lobid.org/resource/HT001245511/about

Won't fix, as this hasn't been requested in the last six years. Closing.
