Mailchimp - subscribe members on registration #17

[x] add new member in mailchimp

Whenever a membership is registered for a member, if the membership is for later than the current date, the email is subscribed to Mailchimp.

Note that Mailchimp sends an email to the user, and s/he has to accept it before s/he appears in the Mailchimp List.

TODO:

[ ] remove all the member when subcription expired after 15 days
NICE TO HAVES:
[ ] Check if member is already subscribing to the list (in that case, right now Mailchimp just throws an error)
