Can't connect to non-broadcasting MAC Address filtered AP #3

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Savegame Manager
2. Attempt to connect to my AP
3. It never connects

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should connect to the AP that I defined in WFC Settings.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0 RC1

Please provide any additional information below.
My AP does not use WEP, it is a non-broadcasting MAC Address filtered AP.
Regular connections work fine. Savegame Manager is unable to connect. My AP
never sees a connection coming in.

I've noticed the same issue with non-broadcasted SSID WEP. Must be that sg-m
doesn't like not seeing an access point?

Mine is WEP but I keep getting this errors even though my Pokemon backups and
original cartridges can connect to the wifi

I've had the same issue, and resolved it by setting the AP to broadcast the
SSID. You can always switch it back off once you're done.
