sunxi-ohci/sunxi-ehci - USB hub not correctly recognized.

in first boot, my devices are recognized a full speed usb device OHCI, after boot process,if i remove and insert the usb device, recognized at high speed usb device 480M EHCI. after many time, kernel downgrade a speed at 12M at OHCI

i try many usb hubs.... i use many 3g dongles. in odroid XU3 works fine.

Any ideia???
