The service is not being properly restarted on deploy so changes don't appear. Saw this with the 'unkind' flag and this morning with more changes. I can log in as root and manually bounce it as a workaround, but this is pretty frustrating. I suspect it's been active for 2-3 months, for anyone looking at history.
