[MacOS] no audio captured, app does not request microphone permissions #2

I am not able to get any microphone input detected, have tried 3 different inputs. I moved the application to my applications folder and the LLM is downloaded successfully.

Hardare: Mac Mini M2 Pro MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1
