OBS crash on adding filter

Adding the filter to any source crashes OBS. Here is the crash log:

activating the cleanstream pluging causes OBS to shut sown obs screenstream.txt

For me, it causes to crash roughly 5/6th of the time it launches. Every so often it will launch. The plugin also completely breaks audio for me, giving just a brief blip of static any time I talk.

@TheCyberQuake @jimpy63 i'm sorry about this, but i'm learning a lot on how to stabilize whisper.cpp within OBS in LocalVocal https://github.com/obs-ai/obs-localvocal that has reached a much more stable state and I will begin transferring what I've learned from there into CleanStream very soon please hang tight... 🙏

Any updates?

It looks like i have no problems with older versions of the plugin when adding the filter. Hower my input audio is quite choppy and nothing is played back. This is probably related to other issues?

Just found cleanstream. Donwloaded and extracted into OBS. As soon as I try to add as a filter to an audio source it crashes. Using the .zip's since my OBS is also .zip

Also been looking for a readme or instructions. On the main mage it says Check out the latest releases for downloads and install instructions... But kind find instructions ?

Roy, My OBS also crashes when trying to add the filter. Installed obs-cleanstream-0.1.2-windows-x64-cpu-Installer.exe

Describe the Bug The Application crashes when I add the plugin to any audio source.

To Reproduce 1) Installing the plugin. 2) In OBS click on the "Filters" option for an audio source. 3) Add the cleanstream filter.

Expected Behaviour Not to crash.

Log and Crash Report As far as I can tell OBS isn't generating a Crash Report. 2024-10-31 08-39-24.txt

Desktop OS: Fedora Linux 40 (GNOME X11) Plugin Version: 0.1.3 OBS Version: 30.2.3 (Flatpak Release)

Additional Context I used this tutorial to convert the Debian file-structure to what Flatpak is expecting in Fedora. I'm not sure if this is the root of the crashing or not.

Okay, so there are 2 version of OBS portable.

1. Running https://obsproject.com/kb/portable-mode (used current and beta build)

2. As example, the logs/etc were found in C:\Users[Username]\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio\logs

3. The plugin in 2024-11-03 17-01-07 OBS-Studio-30.2.2-Windows seems okay and also in 2024-11-03 17-12-06 OBS-Studio-31.0.0-beta3-Windows (log files attached)

4. Does no seem to crash

5. Running https://portableapps.com/apps/music_video/obs-studio-portable

6. As example, the logs/etc were found in C:\Port\PortableApps\OBSPortable\App\obs-studio\config\obs-studio\logs
