VRAM maxing out even when scene is not active. #159

Please excuse me if I'm way off the mark here as I'm not well versed in all of this.

I noticed that after installing LocalVocal. If I switch to an OBS scene that doesn't use LocalVocal, my Nvidia RTX 2060 was still using 5.9GB of 6GB of VRAM usage.

If I delete the scene that uses LocalVocal , my vram usage drops to around 3.15GB usage.

Shouldn't the VRAM usage drop back to 3.15GB if I'm not using the LocalVocal scene ?
