Enemies too close at start #20

Consider

1) Not allow enemy spawn in proximity of path source 2) Delay start of turn ticking

Adjusting firstTickDelay on level should work for 2)

Added distance on enemy spawner.

Problem should now be solved. Possible tweaking of settings in future but solved in general.
