Do serious damage rather than instant kill on falling through hole and respawn player at same level start.

[x] Add player stats setting for game mode selected
[x] Make death warp trigger do damage to player based on setting and decide on action based on remaining health.

fixed and mode is toggling on pressing key 'H'. No feedback on that though.
