Test and fix social media links #251

DoD:

[ ] Support: Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram
[ ] Display relevant messages in the various steps (currently the 'join request' message is displayed at each stage)
[x] remove non supported social media like facebook work
[ ] test whether the links work technically
[ ] fix the 'broken' links

@maxvisser Could you please specify which of the social media we want to support (see social media buttons on the cards)

Google+ is deprecated I think, also not really popular. Facebook for work seems a bit overkill, we could add it later if any user brings it up during tests

I tested all , only facebook does not work. @dimitriirtimid
