The new-style playground markers look like this:

For better contract the green markers (and perhaps also the blue one) should get a black outline, just like the white ones.

DoD

[ ] Make pins only red and green; Green is state 'onderhouden', red for all different states
[ ] outline pins with black border

if we change colors to blue, red, yellow, light green and dark green, we maybe don't need the outline.

I would change the colors of the pins to just RED (not smokefree) and GREEN (smokefree) and no other colors; this way we don't need to explain all colors on frontend. I would do black outlines for all pins
