How often should User be notified about missed conversions in ChatBox?

As these are not direct messages, it's pretty spammy. I would do a digest of messages monthly. We can maybe implement @username, so a user could tag someone. These mails could be instant notification.

discussed with anand, when a user is in multiple teams, notifications will be stacked into one mail instead of send multiple
