improve google map NL overlay #398

Personally I don't like the look used to highlight The Netherlands area. Too much focus on the provinces, which is irrelevant and distracting (to me) and also The Netherlands is now less bright then the rest of the world. Personally I would prefer if The Netherlands would simply light up, so dimming the rest of the world.

I see multiple suggestions I think we can fix easily:

I personally don't agree with that outlining provinces is irrelevant. I can agree with that is distracting though. As government is still organized on province level and longfund relation managers are also operating on province level, I can see some value; because of these (possible) two user groups, they may see value in overseeing playground statussen per province. As I copied this design from rookvrij.nl we can also ask them why they chose to do this. I have no strong opinion about it.

To me the Google maps search result when searching from "Nederland" seems perfect: image

Not sure how to replicate this in code though
