As an accountant I want to send invoice to Algovera so that the project gets funded #15

Description Pentagrom project has made it into the Round 10 of Algovera's grant program. We need to send the invoice following some steps. Half part of the amount will be paid as soon as the invoice gets to Algovera, the other half after the deliverables.

DoD Either have 500$ in USDC or 1000$ in USDC in the localaization.eth account after deliverables have been check for this round.

Invoice sent. We should wait for the first half until March 1st. On holding now.

We got the first part of the fund. We didn't get to do it on time. Now working on a presentation, the algorithm and use cases. I'll close this one. Funds still there, no dollar has been spent yet.
