add parent and child services #156

Patch for #155

This now insures that the parent and child services start on boot.

Yeah, I knew it wasn't too bad, but the best part about searching for it is that searching for "raspberry pi systemd service" brings up a python example, which was a nice sanity check that it would work for us with minimal fuss.
