Camera distortion cannot be estimated from command line. Some easy form for the user to correct this is needed. Ideas:
6+ point x,y,z gcps may be used to optimize the parameters
less than that, the user could provide sets of lines that should be straight in an interactive view, which would allow for automated calibration using the linearity of the lines as optimization criterion.
