This should be a guide for the preliminary discussions with the selected 3PL partners.
Ideally this is really like an early sales call, since we need these partners to sign up.
Things to consider: 1) Need to propose payout structure. 2) Need to get them excited about it! 3) Need to propose a working agreement.
