Notes from call w/ ShipHero 10/11 #58

3 topics:

1) ShipHero interested in HT as a tag-a-long product alongside a lower-priced WMS software ($499/mo vs. $1850/mo for current tier). We would be in a basked along with Klaviyo, Brex, Loop Returns/Returnly). They aren't really interested in special offers, basically just want to bundle together a bunch of products that make it super nice for the customer to get up and running...I told him we are Shopify exclusive and he said fine... 90%+ of new brands are using Shopify.

2) 3PL. ShipHero is more interested in the solution working seemlessly (he was not that enthusiastic about the 'inelegant' solution where we pull the data after the fact)...so he wants me to reach back out with the launch offer once we know if ShipHero works well with HT (basically if all the data on warehouses, etc.) is available in Shopify.... Also, they just hired a new head of People, who is redoing all the payroll for warehouses. So they want to do this before they integrate.

3) Cart.com. .. John wants to intro me to cart.com... cart.com uses all ShipHero WMS software...they bought a 3PL the used ShipHero WMS software....thinks we could work well with them..still need understand what exactly cart.com does..
