Docs cleanup - old todo pages, links etc. #184

Several docs updates - mostly I just thought it wasn't that helpful to have blank pages listed as "todo" for a long time.

Also updating things like branch names, and removing references to IE11 support which no longer exists.

Need to work out why the checks are failing though.

I created a fresh PR and Netlify seems to be having the same issues - #197.

I can't see any information about why it's failing - I just get this message:

12:46:21 PM: [ERROR] Deploy logs are currently unavailable. We are working on resolving the issue.

Perhaps someone who has login credentials for Netlify can see more information? Other PRs seem to have deployed OK, so it does seem isolated to this one.

@finnlewis @msayoung I've fixed the issue that was causing this to fail tests - could one of you merge this please?
