Campaigns: confirm layout of page elements, layout builder vs paragraphs fields #26

Layout builder might be more flexible, but might take more time to implement.

Paragraphs might be quicker to create as a structure, but the admin UX can be terrible.

Can we place paragraphs components into layout builder? Paragraphs blocks?

I've been investigating options and testing

and then Ekes pointed me to

https://www.drupal.org/project/layout_paragraphs

Which seems to be a cleaner approach.
