Add some localgov_forms to the demo content #82

It would good to add some example forms in the LocalGov Demo module.

There is not yet a release of https://github.com/localgovdrupal/localgov_forms

@Adnan-cds is hoping to do a release soon, pending a change (see https://github.com/localgovdrupal/localgov_forms/pull/18).
