Directory addresses default to UK addresses, can we support Irish too? #103

@markconroy highlighted that the default address only allows UK addresses.

It would be good to allow the options for Ireland too....

@danchamp @ekes thoughts?

I'm wondering if this isn't something to document: How to change the default location; and permitted Countries?

For the UK Council user base the default of UK only (even they could add more if almost everything they enter is in one place, like if they're for example in London they could add London as a default); but it can completely be changed. Maybe it is even on the demo by now?
