Let's show commas in numbers to make them easier to read

For example, the numbers on https://new.newcastle.gov.uk/election/uk-parliamentary-general-election-4-july-2024 would be

22,274 23,988 18,875

This also applies to Electorate and Votes Cast on https://new.newcastle.gov.uk/election/uk-parliamentary-general-election-4-july-2024/cramlington-killingworth
