Wards which elect more than 1 seat

Local Council elections in England can have wards with more than 1 seat/vacancy. The module currently only supports single seat wards.

The following display changes would be required:

• Summary screen: graph logic would need to count multiple seats per party in an electoral area; ward results would need to list multiple winners and hold/gain doesn't make sense
• Map: this would need disabled as wouldn't be possible to show multiple party colours for an electoral area
• Results timeline: would need to list multiple winners and hold/gain doesn't make sense
• Share of the vote: logic would need to count multiple seats per party in an electoral area
• Electoral candidates: no changes
• Electoral Area screen: The result would need to be displayed differently or be hidden

Area content type changes:

• Add a field to allow recording of how many seats in an electoral area

Social Posting sub-module:

• tokens would need to handle multiple results per area as would the default tweet template

Every consitutency in Ireland has more than one seat. 3 seats is the minimum we have for general elections, with I think 5 seats being the most.

We also need to consider multi-seat where the halves and thirds (not “all-out”) are on the seats not the wards. An example is Walsall. (or a by-election for 1 seat in a multi-seat)
