Documenting the field differences in BHCC events and the Localgov Drupal version.

Cost bhcc_cost List (text) Has options Free, £ up to £5, ££ £5 to £10, £££ over £10
Cost Details bhcc_cost_details Text (formatted, long) Additional information about pricing and concessions.
End Venue bhcc_end_venue Entity reference Reference to an end venue (Directory). Eg healthwalks go from to a place.
Event Channel bhcc_event_channel Entity reference Event Calendar to place event in.

Location details bhcc_location_details Text (formatted, long) Extra location details eg. which enterance.
Maximum Age bhcc_maximum_age Number (integer)
Minimum age bhcc_minimum_age Number (integer)
Online event bhcc_online_event Boolean Indicate this event is online.
This event has no fixed date bhcc_event_no_date Boolean Indicate this event is ongoing (save having multiple entries for every day, so a month long event can indicate its a drop in).
