Test for:

[ ] Able to create an event
[ ] Event integrates with directories
[ ] Event location creation
[ ] Event listing filters work
[ ] Event date filter works on listing page

Tagging this as Good first issue as we could do with test coverage and it would be a good introduction to PHPUnit testing if someone wants to take a look at it. Feel free to remove if you think the tests are complicated.
