Create an MVP for events

As an Editor I need to:

• create and edit an event channel
• see a list of event channels
• create and edit facets for each event channel (have this working the same way as directories)
• create and edit an event (using the same fields as old event content format)
• add a geo to an event to show where it is

As a Citizen I need to:

• see a list of events arranged in date order relating to a specific subject (a channel)

• filter the events by location (pick from a drop down menu showing values)

• filter the events by price (drop down menu)

• filter the events by category

• change date range (today, tomorrow, this week, this month, next month) populates the start and end date fields

• search events by keyword

• see the details of a specific event (intro, body copy, address, dates)

• remove links from location and category fields
