Explore how to show an event happening over multiple days

Councils will want to show an event happening over multiple days in different ways. Brighton & Hove has done the following:

On a list view, an event that is happening every day for a week:

• is shown once on the first day (eg Monday and other dates)
• the event moves to the second day once the first day has elapsed

@ekes says B&H has grouped events and a custom view template. There are many different ways of doing this

Other councils may want this done differently - we need to collate these needs

This works by adding an event as recurring daily onver the set period of time, rarther than having it start on one day and then end on another. Part of this is editor training, using the sierra widget and adding the event date and time for the first day and using the recurring event logic to get the other days. We also allow multiple deltas of the event so multiple other dates can be added.
