Change name of "Geo" to "Locations" in admin navigation #86

(Continuing our work to make LGD admin easier to read for content designers)

The name of the Geo module is fine, I'm thinking about how Geo is labelled in navigation

Unless you know "geo" is locations or places, you wouldn't spot it

We'd need to change the title of the view too

I'll update this issue as I find more instances

Is it one value to replace somewhere or more complex than that?

Does this create a problem if the module is updated by others?

Add geo and Add geo type are controlled via localgov_geo.links.action.yml so again a hook_menu_local_tasks_alter will resolve it and then similar declaration inside the geo entity type - nothing to laborious.

Content group thinks "Location"

@stephen-cox we also need to change the "Add geo" button to "Add location" please
