Miro accounts - rationalise the ownership of paid / free accounts

We noted that we're using a range of Miro accounts and this can be limiting and confusing.

@willguv do we have a paid account for LocalGov Drupal? If not, shall we get one?

@richard-s-rowley I know we have a paid account for Agile Collective. What are the benefits? What does it cost?

It would be good to get all the boards in one place.

If we can't, we can at least document what boards are where and who owns them.
