Remove failing patch from https://www.drupal.org/node/3315757 #150

Chris from Newcastle reported the above patch is failing.

I'm not sure if this patch would have been better placed in localgov_core, which is where we require media_library_edit. https://github.com/localgovdrupal/localgov_core/blob/2.x/composer.json#L12

Either way, the patch was committed about a year ago https://www.drupal.org/project/media_library_edit/issues/3315757#comment-14772171
