Entity Hierarchy 2.x no longer supported #104

Needs to bump this to the 3.x version. Theres two recommended releases on https://www.drupal.org/project/entity_hierarchy 3.2 for new but 3.1.2 is also listed as supported. Not sure the differenece between them.

Well this isn't confusing to work out which is the right release....
