Deprecate Featured campaign paragraph? #67

As the campaigns are deprecated, should we also deprecate the Featured campaign paragraph type

Sounds like a good idea. I think removing it from the distro won't remove it from any sites that currently use the paragraph type, as it is just defining initial config at installation. Is there any custom code that goes with it?
