Archive localgovdrupal/localgov_theme #219

This theme is long deprecated, so it would be good to archive it.

Does anyone know of any reason not to archive it?

As it currently does get installed via the profile, are there implications of doing so. If we archive this we also should archive localgov_skelekton

It looks like Composer marks archived projects as abandoned; https://github.com/composer/composer/pull/8510

I'm not sure what this would mean for us and whether it's desirable.

Maybe we should wait to archive it at the point it's removed from the profile. This will definitely happen in the 3.x branch, but means it won't be fully gone until November when Drupal 9 becomes EOL and we stop supporting the 2.x branch.

If we archive this we also should archive localgov_skelekton

Just adding for related https://github.com/localgovdrupal/localgov/pull/491 theme removed in 3.x

So agree this should be archived when 2.x is no longer supported; but not before.
