Discussion: Import 'Service contacts' and associations

Following on from https://github.com/localgovdrupal/localgov_workflows/issues/12

A discussion about this is a priority, the work itself may not be

I was thinking councils would need to import two sets of data

• First, data to create service contacts (name/ email address/ Drupal username)
• Then, data to associate service contacts to specific pages (service contact email address/ node ID)

To enable the second set of data to be created, editors would need to be able to export a list of all Drupal content (page title/ node ID)

Not sure if this is relevant to this bit, but could the addition of contacts be done via an Azure AD integration? It would save time when looking up contacts.
