Fighting Stick Wii support #122

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fire up iMame4all and go to Options.
2. Select wiimote detection.
3. Attach Fighting Stick instead of Classic Controller to wiimote.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected similar result to hooking up Fighting Stick to Wii Virtual Console
games. In that case, USUALLY the stick acts the same but without the second
analog thumbstick enabled. D-pad and left analog thumbstick BOTH map to the
Fighting Stick's joystick.

In the case of iMame4all, the UI confirms a 'classic controller' hookup, but
nothing on the Fight Stick actually works.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iMame4all 1.10-1
iOS 5.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm not sure what is actually different on a Fight Stick from the Classic
Controller, but support for it is typical in Wiiware and Wii VC games. It would
make a good alternative to the iCade joystick and buttons (it is a fairly high
quality Hori joystick), and is ideal for fighting games and 2d shooters.
PROBABLY the work enabling compatibility is minimal considering how commonly it
is enabled on the Wii even for games where it makes no sense to use it. Note:
the Fighting Stick also has 'Turbo' switches for every button, likely enabling
autofire without actually having to dig in to the iMame 'service menu'!
