Toaplan2 hardware games broken in Reloaded (Armed Police Batrider, Battle Garegga etc.) #130

The toaplan2.c driver is broken in 0.134u4, so no sprites for popular games 
such as Garegga, Bakraid, Batrider etc. This was fixed in the next release 
(0.135) - can it be updated?

I wondered what the reason was for choosing a 'u' version? Generally those are 
WIP and have experimental, buggy drivers (such as above). The standard releases 
are much more stable.

Also, why 0.134 and not 0.145?
