How to restore key functions to default as at time on install? #134

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Someone played my instance of MAME4Droid (V37)on my device and now whenever 
i press the Y button a volume option appears on the bottom of the screen and if 
i press down i get a list of other options.
What can i do to reset the Mame to default settings at time on install.  I 
uninstalled and installed Mame and it still the same issue.  I also went into 
settings and pressed default keys and default touch layout. No luck.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

If i press Y button the respective action in the game should occur, such as Nos 
in Out Run.  Instead i get all these options to alter volume, brightness, 
gamma, etc.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V1.5.2 on Gingerbread.
I would like the Mame to be as i installed it.

Please provide any additional information below.

You should delete the default.cfg file from your MAME4all folder, by default 
this is in roms/MAME4ALL/cfg on your SD card.
