Force aspect ratio for CPS-1/2 games

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.capcom cps-1/2 games have native resolutions meant for rectangular pixels so 
their aspect ratio appears incorrectly on square pixel screens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Force or scale to manually set aspect ratio (e.g. 4x3) to get the correct 
aspect ratio

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mame4droid, mame4droid reloaded

yes it is pending. it is one of the top priority thing to do.... expect in a 
near version
