artifacts around right and bottom of screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Turn on GL Rendering
2.Turn on smooth scaling (portrait or landscape)
3.Play a game

I notice some artifacts on the very right and bottom edges of the screen.  It 
is like a border around the screen, but only on the edges I mentioned.  It is 
more noticeable in landscape mode.

I've seen this on Mame4Droid 1.5.2 as well, but it doesn't seem to happen all 
of the time.

Mame4Droid Reloaded 1.0 on a Galaxy Nexus with 4.0.4 .

Yes it is aknow issue thats drive me crazy :) i hope to fix it some day
